I was re-elected as a Councillor for the Macedon Ranges Shire Council for a fourth term in October 2024 and:

Am the current President of the MAV (Municipal Association of Victoria) appointed November 2024.
Awarded ten years service to Local Government in 2023
Honoured to be elected Mayor of the Macedon Ranges Shire Council on five occasions as well as holding the position of Deputy Mayor in 2023
A member of the Mayors’ Ministerial Advisory Panel 3 times in 2014-15 2016-17 2021-2022
A third term Board Member on the MAV and Non Metro Deputy President
A member on the MAV Environment Committee and MAV Planning Committee for six years
A member of the Macedon Ranges Shire Council Audit Committee for six years
The Macedon Ranges Shire Council Delegate on the Heritage Council for eight years
Appointed by the State Government as Chair of the Loddon Mallee Waste and Resource Recovery Group for five years

I love being involved with Campaspe Parkrun, hiking, cycling with the Macedon Ranges Cycling Club, gardening and being involved in community activities and clubs like the Kyneton Horticultural Society and the Kyneton and District Poultry Club.

I also love our natural environment in the Macedon Ranges and want everyone to experience the beauty that is on our doorstep.

I am a member of the Macedon Ranges Sustainability Group and have been a member of Woodend Landcare for 11 years which keeps me active (planting trees, weeding and helping out whenever I can).
